Questions and answers
Yes, this offer is open to all Volkswagen Group UK and its group companies' employees who get their gas or electricity – or both – from OVO. You can be an existing or new customer. Just fill in this form to claim your £100 credit. Here are the terms and conditions.
You can switch to OVO here. For your energy supply and online account to be fully set up, it can take 4 to 6 weeks – but it could be quicker than that.
Your OVO account number will be on all your OVO bills and statements. You’ll also find it when you log into your account – both on the web and in the OVO app.
We’ll add your £100 credit to your OVO account within 60 days of you filling in our form. It’ll appear as VWG Employee Offer on your statement. If your credit still isn’t showing after 60 days, please email us at [email protected] and we’ll look into it for you.

When you add Charge Anytime to your plan, your home energy rate will stay the same, but the energy consumed by your EV will be charged at an effective rate of 7p per kWh when EV smart charging (thanks to payment of your Charge Anytime charging credit). The £385.83 saving is based on an average Charge Anytime customer using 2700kWh a year to charge their EV using the Charge Anytime add on. The Charge Anytime rate on 01/04/2024 is 7p per kWh for Charge Anytime charging compared to the OVO’s UK average SVT rate of 23.33p per kWh. Actual savings will vary depending on vehicle efficiency, driving style, EV charging usage and the cost per kWh of your standard home energy tariff.
