loveelectric Charge Anywhere Offer Terms and Conditions

1. About this Offer

1.1 The ‘5,000 Free Charge Anywhere Miles’ offer (the “Offer”) gives customers a free ‘Light Boost’ subscription worth £2 per month. The 5,000 free miles calculation is based on an average EV driver driving 950 miles per month and taking out a free ‘Light Boost’ subscription which gives them a 10% saving on charging equaling 95 free miles a month which over 53 months equals just over 5,000 miles. Actual free miles obtained will depend on your car type and make, driving style, the weather conditions and your car’s efficiency. Customers can also choose to get £2 off any other Charge Anywhere subscription for 53 months.

The Offer is available to customers who lease a selected electric vehicle (“EV”) from loveelectric via a salary sacrifice scheme

1.2 These terms and conditions (the “Terms”) apply to you if you have signed up to and been accepted to participate in the Offer. These Terms are supplemental to the Charge Anywhere terms which cover our Charge Anywhere product and the OVO Core Terms if you take your energy supply from us.

1.3 The Promoter of this Offer is OVO Energy Limited, incorporated in England and Wales under company number 06890795 and whose registered office is at OVO Energy, 1 Rivergate, Temple Quay, Bristol BS1 6ED (“OVO”, “we”).

2. How to Redeem

To redeem this Offer you must create an OVO Charge account and sign up to or currently subscribe to any Charge Anywhere subscription. You will be given a unique promo code to enter in the OVO Charge app to claim your discount. If you are an existing Charge Anywhere subscriber the discount will be applied to your next month’s subscription fee. If you cancel your lease before the end of the lease term you will lose your discount and have to pay full price for your subscription.

3. Eligibility

3.1 This Offer is only open to you if:

(a) you have leased an electric vehicle through loveelectric via a salary sacrifice scheme.

(b) you sign up to Charge Anywhere during the Offer Period subject to you meeting the eligibility criteria set out in the Charge Anywhere terms and sign up to any subscription;

(d) your electricity is supplied for domestic use only. This Offer is not available with commercial or workplace electrical supply;

(e) you are not already signed up to the loveelectric Charge Anytime Offer. You are not able to sign up to both offers;

(f) the property where you will charge your EV is located in the UK (excluding Northern Ireland);

(g) you continue to comply with the Charge Anywhere Terms and all other terms which govern your relationship with OVO;

(h) you comply with the fair usage policy (see more below).

3.2 If you do not meet the eligibility criteria in paragraph 2.1 above, you will not be eligible for the offer, but if you are an OVO energy customer, your energy supply contract will be unaffected. See our Core Terms for your rights to cancel your energy supply contract should you wish to do so. Please note that termination fees may apply.

4. Data Sharing

4.1 Your legal rights in relation to your personal information and the way in which we process your personal data will be in line with our Privacy Policy which you can find at https://www.ovoenergy.com/privacy-policy.

4.2 loveelectric will process your personal data in line with their own Privacy Policy which you can find at https://www.loveelectric.cars/legal/privacy-policy.

5. Other

5.1 If you cancel your lease before the end of your lease term the Offer will be cancelled and you may have to pay full price for your subscription.

5.2 If you cancel Charge Anywhere, you will no longer be eligible to claim the Offer and you may need to pay any exit fees associated with your plan.

5.3 We reserve the right to remove or temporarily suspend the Offer if, in our reasonable opinion, we suspect any breach of these rules, the Charge Anywhere terms or our Core Terms.

5.4 If we deem in our discretion that a participant is ineligible for any reason, we reserve the right to cancel or recover any credit already awarded.

5.5 We reserve the right to amend these offer terms on reasonable notice. Any amendments will be published on OVO's website.

5.6 We reserve the right to withdraw or amend the Offer to new participants at any point.

5.7 In the event that for reasons beyond our reasonable control we are unable to award the offer, or we deem it appropriate to do so (in its reasonable discretion), we reserve the right to award an alternative of a similar nature and an equivalent value, or at our sole discretion, the cash value of the offer.

5.8 These Terms are subject to English Law and you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England unless you’re a resident of Scotland, in which case you may also bring proceedings in Scotland
