2. Our Charge Anytime beta
2.1 The Charge Anytime beta is a programme designed to give customers early access to Charge Anytime for certain EVs where we’ve yet to establish full integrations with the relevant car manufacturer. If your EV is part of this beta, it means we’re still improving the way we connect with your car manufacturer’s systems, and we’re gathering valuable feedback to improve the service. By joining, you’ll still benefit and be able to receive the Charge Anytime rate.
2.2 You acknowledge that this is a beta programme to understand how well the Charge Anytime add-on works for owners of newly eligible vehicles. You accept that the Charge Anytime add-on may not work properly or be fully functional, for which neither we, nor our partners will be liable. (But if any issues arise, we'll try to minimise their impact on you).
2.3. You may opt out of the beta programme at any time in line with clause 10 of the Charge Anytime add-on terms and conditions (ovoenergy.com/terms/charge-anytime-terms), and you agree to provide OVO & Kaluza with feedback and the factors that led to you leaving the beta.
2.4 We reserve the right to make changes to or withdraw our beta programme at any time, including moving you out of the beta environment and onto the equivalent Charge Anytime proposition. We’ll notify you in advance if any of these changes are going to have any negative impact on you.
2.5 You agree to let the OVO Group (including OVO & Kaluza) collect data about your experience and to contact you about your experience while you are participating in the beta programme, and for up to 6 months after you leave. If you no longer want your data to be collected or don’t want to be contacted, please email [email protected].
3. Eligibility
3.1 To be eligible for the beta programme you must meet the Charge Anytime eligibility criteria and have a compatible vehicle from those listed under the ‘beta EVs’ section on the Compatible Charge Anytime EVs and smart chargers page (ovoenergy.com/electric-cars/charge-anytime-cars-and-chargers).
