Priority Register

Priority Register Rang OVO today regarding the priority register to check they had everything up to date due to my extensive medical conditions. I spoke with a lovely gentleman called Kieran (customer care expert) he was so caring and understanding from the beginning, he even went out his way to check the OVO customer support application had gone through. I asked several questions as I wanted to make sure if anything happened I’d be safe, nothing was too much bother, he even asked other colleagues too so he knew he gave the correct advice. This is what you call outstanding customer service and I would recommend anyone one who is on priority register or anything, you’ll get the best service from OVO especially if you have Kieran.

1 No claims can be made in the first 30 days. New customers only, and not available for existing CORGI HomePlan and OVO Energy boiler cover customers. To be eligible for this offer you must meet the boiler cover eligibility criteria set out during sign up. Offer expires 12/12/2024. Cancellation fees apply.

2 The maximum potential saving of £96 above is based on the Complete plan, with no excess, at £32 a month for 12 months, compared to to getting the first 3 months of cover free.

3 Terms, conditions, eligibility criteria, and exclusions and cancellation charges apply.

4 If your boiler is less than 7 years old at the initial policy start date and less than 10 years old at renewal, we’ll pay up to £2,500 for the boiler replacement. If your boiler is 7 years old or more, but less than 10 years old at the initial policy start date and less than 10 years old at renewal, we’ll pay a contribution of £400 towards the boiler replacement.
