Vaillant Heat Pump £30 Credit Offer Terms

These terms and conditions (the “Terms”) apply to you if you have signed up to and been accepted to participate in the Offer. These Terms are separate to OVO’s Core Terms which cover the supply of energy to you and the OVO Heat Pump Plus Terms Together these terms along with any other terms which may form part of your plan with us form your agreement with us.

The Promoter of this Offer is OVO Energy Limited, incorporated in England and Wales under company number 06890795 and whose registered office is at OVO Energy, 1 Rivergate, Temple Quay, Bristol BS1 6ED (“OVO”, “we”).

  1. About this Offer

Purchase any Vaillant aroTHERM Plus heat pump and associated components including hot water cylinder and control  (“Heat Pump”) via an eligible Vaillant installation partner between the 11 April to 11 July 2025 (“Offer Period”) and add our Heat Pump Plus add-on and you will receive a £30 bill credit.

  1. Eligibility

2.1 This Offer is only open to you if:

  • You are an OVO customer or switch to OVO within the Offer Period;
  • You have purchased a Vaillant aroTHERM plus heat pump and had it installed by an approved Vaillant Advance installation partner; and
  • You add our Heat Pump Plus add-on.

2.2 If you do not meet the eligibility criteria in paragraph 2.1 above, you will not be eligible for the Offer, but your energy supply contract will be unaffected. See our Core Terms for your rights to cancel your energy supply contract should you wish to do so. Please note that termination fees may apply.

2.3 The credit will be applied to your account at the same time as your first Heat Pump Plus credit. If you cancel your order or return your Heat Pump within the first 30 days then no credit will be applied to your account.

  1. Data Sharing

In order to enable us to verify your eligibility for the Offer we will be required to share certain of your personal information including your Heat Pump and My VAILLANT Connect serial numbers with Vaillant.

  1. General

4.1 The credit is non-exchangeable and non-transferable.  There’s no cash or other alternative.

4.2 If you switch to a different supplier during your cooling off period then you will not be eligible for the credit. See our Core Terms for your rights to cancel your energy supply contract. Please note that exit fees may be payable depending on your plan. 

4.3 We reserve the right to remove or temporarily suspend the Offer if, in our reasonable opinion, we suspect any breach of these rules, the Heat Pump Plus terms or our Core Terms. 

4.4   If we deem in our discretion that any customer is ineligible for the Offer for any reason (including where they have breached these Terms or our Core Terms), we reserve the right to cancel the award of the Offer or recover any credit already awarded.

4.5 We reserve the right to amend these Terms on reasonable notice. Updated terms can be found in the App.  

4.6 We reserve the right to withdraw or amend the Offer at any time. We will provide you with reasonable notice prior to any detrimental change to the Offer.

4.7 In the event that for reasons beyond our reasonable control we are unable to award the credit, or we deem it appropriate to do so (in its reasonable discretion), we reserve the right to award an alternative of a similar nature and an equivalent value, or at our sole discretion, the cash value of the Offer.

4.8 These Terms are subject to English Law and you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England unless you’re a resident of Scotland, in which case you may also bring proceedings in Scotland.
