1. Beyond Offer terms

Power Move terms

See the Power Move Terms and Conditions for full details. These Terms are supplemented with specific rules relating to individual Power Move challenges. By entering into a specific Power Move Challenge, you are agreeing to be bound by the Individual Power Move Challenge Rules.

Bank EV miles

These terms and conditions (the “Terms”) apply to you if you have signed up to and been accepted to participate in Bank EV Miles (the “Offer”). These Terms are separate to OVO’s Core Terms which cover the supply of energy to you and the Charge Anytime Terms are supplemental to the OVO Beyond Terms which also apply to this Offer.

The promoter of this Offer is OVO Energy Limited, incorporated in England and Wales under company number 06890795 and whose registered office is at OVO Energy, 1 Rivergate, Temple Quay, Bristol BS1 6ED (“OVO”, “we”).

1. About this Offer

Bank EV Miles allows eligible customers to earn a credit of an amount equal to up to 100 EV miles which can be banked each month for 24 months (the Accrual Period) up to a maximum of 2,400 miles. You can then redeem these free miles by signing up to Charge Anytime which you must do either within the Accrual Period or within 3 years of the end of the Accrual Period (the Redemption Period). You will lose any miles not redeemed within the Redemption Period. You will receive regular email updates letting you know the number of free miles you have banked. You will be able to sign up to the Offer as part of your Beyond Offers from 14 May 2024.

2. Eligibility

2.1 This Offer is only open to you if:

you are an OVO Beyond customer;
you meet and continue to meet the OVO Beyond eligibility criteria; and
you do not currently have Charge Anytime.

In order to sign up to Charge Anytime and redeem your free miles you will also need to meet the Charge Anytime eligibility criteria which includes having either a compatible electric vehicle or charger. A list of these can be found https://www.ovoenergy.com/terms/charge-anytime-terms.

2.2 If you do not meet the eligibility criteria in paragraph 2.1 above, you will not be eligible for the Offer.

2.3 The Offer may only be used once per household.

3. Redeeming Your Free Miles

Your free miles will automatically be redeemed in full when you sign up to Charge Anytime. A credit equal to the number of miles you have banked will be added to your bill within 90 days of you signing up to Charge Anytime.

You can sign up to Charge Anytime at any time after you have signed up to the Offer including during the Accrual Period but you will only be able to redeem the amount of miles you have banked at that time. So if, for example, you had been participating in the Offer for 6 months when you joined Charge Anytime you would have banked 600 free miles which you would be able to redeem.

Free miles must be redeemed in one go, you are not able to retain any free miles for future use and you won’t be able to rejoin the Offer and collect more free miles once you have redeemed miles.

4. How much credit will I receive?

You are able to claim up to a maximum of 100 free miles a month or a total 2,400 miles over 24 months. However, the amount of credit you receive will vary depending on how many free miles you have banked and the current Charge Anytime rate at the time you redeem your free miles up to a maximum redemption value of 14p/kWh. The 100 free miles a month or 2,400 free miles over 24 months is calculated based on the assumption that the average electric vehicle will require 1 kWh of charge for a distance of 4 miles.

Actual free miles obtained will also depend on factors such as your driving style, the weather conditions, and your car’s efficiency.

5. Switching Away or Moving Home

5.1 If you want to switch to a different supplier or opt out of these free miles provided as part of OVO Beyond, OVO will freeze your existing ‘free miles’ balance for 90 days. If you fail to return to OVO within this time and do not opt back into this Offer through the app within this time you will lose the miles you have banked and you will no longer be eligible to claim the Offer. See our Core Terms for your rights to cancel your energy supply contract. Please note that exit fees may be payable depending on your plan.

5.2 If you move home your free miles balance can be transferred to your new address providing you sign up to OVO Energy at the new address within 90 days of the home move. You must log into OVO Beyond (eligibility criteria will apply) via the app and opt back into the Offer.

6. Changes to the Offer or these Terms

6.1 We reserve the right to amend these Terms on reasonable notice. Updated terms can be found in the OVO App.

6.2 We reserve the right to withdraw or amend the Offer at any time. We will provide you with reasonable notice prior to any detrimental change to the Offer.

7. Ending these Terms

7.1 By participating in this Offer you agree to comply with these Terms We reserve the right to remove or temporarily suspend your access to the Offer if, in our reasonable opinion, we suspect any breach of these rules, the Charge Anytime Terms or our Core Terms.

7.2 If we deem in our discretion that a participant is ineligible for any reason, we reserve the right to cancel or recover any credit already awarded.

7.3 If you no longer wish to participate in the Offer you can just choose not to add Charge Anytime and redeem your free miles balance.

8. General

8.1 In the event that for reasons beyond our reasonable control we are unable to award the credit, or we deem it appropriate to do so (in its reasonable discretion), we reserve the right to award an alternative of a similar nature and an equivalent value, or at our sole discretion, the cash value of the Offer.

8.2 These Terms are subject to English Law and you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England unless you’re a resident of Scotland, in which case you may also bring proceedings in Scotland.

Bank Solar Panels Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions (the “Terms”) apply to you if you have signed up to and been accepted to participate in Bank Solar Panels offer (the “Offer”). These Terms are separate to OVO’s Core Terms which cover the supply of energy to you and the Solar Package Terms and Conditions which cover the purchase of a Solar Panel package and are supplemental to the OVO Beyond Terms which also apply to this Offer.

1. About this Offer

By signing up to the Offer eligible customers can earn and bank five solar panels over two years (the Accrual Period) up to a maximum of five solar panels. You can then redeem these Solar Panels by signing up to solar and battery package which you must do either within the Accrual Period or within 3 years of the end of the Accrual Period (the Redemption Period). You will lose any solar panels not redeemed within the Redemption Period. You will receive regular email updates letting you know the number of free solar panels you have banked and you can expect to earn a new panel approximately every 4 months from the date of sign up. You will be able to sign up to the Offer as part of your Beyond Offers from 15 July 2024

2. Eligibility

2.1 This Offer is only open to you if:

you are an OVO Beyond customer;
you meet and continue to meet the OVO Beyond eligibility criteria; and
you do not currently have Solar Panels at your property;
You have a solar system and battery installed by OVO within the Redemption Period.

2.2 If you do not meet the eligibility criteria in paragraph 2.1 above, you will not be eligible for the Offer.

2.3 The Offer may only be used once per household.

3. Redeeming Your Free Solar Panels

3.1 In order to redeem your free solar panels you will need to purchase a solar panel with a battery package from OVO. At the point of sale the number of panels you have banked will be deducted from the total cost. For example, if you purchased a solar system with 12 solar panels and you had been participating in the Offer for 8 months you would have banked two free Solar Panels which you would then be able to redeem these and only pay for the remaining ten panels and the battery.

How much of a discount will I receive?

3.2 You are able to claim up to a maximum of five free solar panels over two years. Your first solar panel will be banked within 120 days of signing up to the offer which means this panel can be redeemed as soon as day 121. The free panels will be applied as a discount against the cost of your total solar panel and battery package. You can redeem a maximum of 5 solar panels. The value of the discount received will vary depending on how many solar panels you have banked and the current cost of the solar panels at the time you redeem your free Solar Panels up to a maximum redemption value of £500.

The number of panels that you require will be dependent on the size and style of your home.

3.3 Free solar panels must be redeemed in one go, you are not able to retain any solar panels for future use and you won’t be able to rejoin the Offer and collect more free solar panels once you have redeemed them. These solar panels can not be exchanged for a financial value and they can not be gifted to another person or household. Customers are not able to redeem this reward in conjunction with any other solar discount.

3.4 You won’t be able to redeem this Offer unless you purchase a battery with your solar panels.

3.5 The Offer can be used when paying in full or when using finance.

3.6 There is no monetary alternative to this Offer and you won’t receive any refund of the cost of the free solar panels if you cancel your solar purchase whether during your 14 day cooling off period or at any other time. You will also not be able to redeem the panels you have banked against any future purchase.

4. Switching Away or Moving Home

4.1 If you want to switch to a different supplier OVO will freeze your existing ‘free solar panels’ balance for 90 days. If you fail to return to OVO and do not opt back into this Offer through the app within this time you will lose the solar panels you have banked and you will no longer be eligible to claim the Offer. You must log into the app, update your details to be eligible for OVO Beyond (eligibility criteria will apply), then opt back into the Offer.

5. Changes to the Offer or these Terms

5.1 We reserve the right to amend these Terms on reasonable notice. Updated terms can be found in the OVO App.

5.2 We reserve the right to withdraw or amend the Offer at any time. We will provide you with reasonable notice prior to any detrimental change to the Offer. You will still be able to redeem any solar panels banked prior to the withdrawal of the Offer.

6. Ending these Terms

Bank Free Heat Reward Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions (the “Terms”) apply to you if you have signed up to and been accepted to participate in our Heat Reward offer (the “Offer”). These Terms are separate to OVO’s Core Terms which cover the supply of energy to you and the Heat Pump package Terms and Conditions which cover the purchase of an Air Source Heat Pump package and are supplemental to the OVO Beyond Terms which also apply to this Offer.

1. About this Offer

1.1 This Offer enables you to bank up one month of free space heating (The energy required to heat the air inside your home, usually via radiators, but not your hot water for taps or showers) for every two full months you are on supply with OVO over the course of a 2 year accrual period beginning on the date you sign up to the Offer (the Accrual Period). You can bank up to a total of 12 months’ free space heating and then redeem as a monthly bill credit to your energy account when you purchase an air source heat pump (Heat Pump) from OVO. You will be able to sign up to the Offer as part of your Beyond Offers from 8th October 2024.

1.2 The Offer may only be used once per household.

1.3 This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers or discounts on Air Source Heat Pumps.

1.4 The Offer can be used when paying in full or when using finance.

1.5 There is no monetary alternative to this Offer and you won’t receive any refund of the cost of the monthly free heat days if you cancel your Heat Pump purchase whether during your 14 day cooling off period or at any other time. You will also not be able to redeem the monthly free heat you have banked against any future purchase.

2. Eligibility

2.1 This Offer is only open to you if:

you are an OVO Beyond customer;
you meet and continue to meet the OVO Beyond eligibility criteria; and
you do not currently have an Air Source Heat pump at your property;
you purchase a Heat Pump (including installation) directly from OVO within the Redemption Period.
you are a Homeowner
2.2 If you do not meet the eligibility criteria in paragraph 2.1 above, you will not be eligible for the Offer.

3. Banking your Free Heat Months

3.1 You are able to bank up to a maximum of 1 month of free heat, every 2 months, over 2 years. Your first month of free heat will be banked within 60 days of signing up to the offer which means this heat day can be redeemed as soon as day 61. The months of free heat will be applied as an energy bill credit. The number of bill credits you receive will vary depending on how many months of free heat you have banked and the current cost of the free heat months at the time you redeem, to a maximum redemption value of £341.52.

3.2 One month of free space heating is valued at £28.46. This is based on a gas boiler running at 90% efficiency (as per the national average for A-rated boilers) with an annual gas consumption of 11,500 kWh, 77% of which is used for space heating. Assuming an air source of heat pump with a Seasonal Coefficient of Performance (or efficiency rating) of 3.5 will use 2,277kWh of electricity annually for space heating at 15p/kWh with the Heat Pump Plus add-on.

3.3 You will receive regular email updates letting you know the number of months of free heat you have banked.

4. Redeeming Your Free Heat Months

4.1 In order to be able to redeem the Offer you must purchase a Heat Pump directly from OVO within the Accrual Period or within 3 years of the end of the Accrual Period (the Redemption Period). You will lose any months of free heat accrued if not redeemed within the Redemption Period. After your Heat Pump is installed you will receive your free heating in the form of a monthly credit to your energy bill of £28.46, up to a maximum yearly value of £341.52. Credits are paid 30 days after accrual.

4.2 £28.46 being equal to one month of free space heating is based on you being signed up to our Heat Pump Plus tariff and you having a Heat Pump with a Seasonal Coefficient of Performance (or efficiency rating) of 3.5 which will use 2,277kWh of electricity annually for space heating at 15p/kWh . If you are not signed up to Heat Pump Plus you will receive the same amount but it may not be equal to one month’s free space heating meaning you may not get the equivalent of 12 months’ free heating.

4.3 Your free heat months must be redeemed in one go, you are not able to retain any months of free heat for future use and you won’t be able to rejoin the Offer and collect more months of free heat once you have redeemed them. These free months of heat can not be exchanged for a financial value and they can not be gifted to another person or household. Customers are not able to redeem this reward in conjunction with any other air source heat pump discount.

4.4 You can only accrue credit for full months of being on supply only so if you redeem part way through a month that month will not count towards your balance.

4.5 If you redeem early, for example, if you purchase a Heat Pump and you have been participating in the Offer for 6 full months you would have banked 3 months of free heat (valued at £85.38), you would receive 3 monthly bill credits of £28.46.

5. Switching Away or Moving Home

5.1 If you want to switch to a different supplier OVO will freeze your existing months of free heat balance for 90 days. If you fail to return to OVO and do not opt back into this Offer through Beyond at your new property within this time you will lose the banked months of free heat and you will no longer be eligible to claim the Offer. See our Core Terms for your rights to cancel your energy supply contract. Please note that exit fees may be payable depending on your plan.

5.2 If you move home your free banked months of free heat balance can be transferred to your new address providing you sign up to OVO Energy at the new address within 90 days of the home move. You must log into the OVO Beyond (eligibility criteria will apply) via the app opt back into the Offer.

6. Changes to the Offer or these Terms

6.1 We reserve the right to amend these Terms on reasonable notice. Updated terms can be found in the OVO App.

6.2 We reserve the right to withdraw or amend the Offer at any time. This includes, without limitation, changing the value of the bill credit which may mean that you will get less than 12 months’ free heating. We will provide you with reasonable notice prior to any detrimental change to the Offer. You will still be able to redeem any months of free heat banked prior to the withdrawal of the Offer.

7. Ending these Terms

7.2 If we deem in our discretion that a participant is ineligible for any reason, we reserve the right to cancel or recover any discount already awarded.

8. General

Home Fix discount terms

These terms and conditions (the “Terms”) apply to you if you have signed up to and been accepted to participate in the Offer. These Terms are separate to OVO’s Core Terms which cover the supply of energy to you and the Home Fix Terms which cover our Home Fix services. Together these terms along with any other terms which may form part of your plan with us form your agreement with us.

1. About this Offer

OVO Beyond customers will get a 30% discount off the price of our Home Fix services (the “Offer”). Discount is off the hourly fixed rate or off the fixed price of the repair or service where the repair or service is charged at a single fixed price rather than hourly rate.

2. Eligibility

2.1 This Offer is only open to you if you are an OVO Beyond customer and you book an on-demand Home Fix boiler service, boiler repair, gas safety certificate or plumbing repair.

2.2 Terms, eligibility criteria and exclusions may apply to our Home Fix services. Please see our Home Fix Terms for details.

3. General

3.1 The Offer is non-exchangeable and non-transferable. There’s no cash or other alternative. Discount can be used multiple times but only for repairs or services to be undertaken at the property registered as the customer’s home address on their OVO account.

3.2 Discount does not apply to repairs or services provided as part of Home Recover or any other OVO Home Services boiler products and may not be used in conjunction with any other offers or discounts..

3.3 If you cancel OVO Beyond or you want to switch to a different supplier you will no longer be eligible to claim the Offer. See our Core Terms for your rights to cancel your energy supply contract. Please note that exit fees may be payable depending on your plan.

3.4 We reserve the right to change, remove or temporarily suspend the Offer or vary the amount of the discount at our discretion. Current available products and discounts will appear in your OVO Beyond App.

3.5 If we deem in our discretion that you are not eligible for this Offer for any reason or have otherwise not complied with these Terms, our Home Fix Terms or our Core Terms then we reserve the right to cancel the Offer and any services will be charged to you at full price.

3.6 We reserve the right to amend these offer terms on reasonable notice. Updated terms can be found in the OVO Beyond App.

This plan automatically renews at the end of 12 months unless cancelled at the standard price for new sales. Offer can only be redeemed once per household. We reserve the right to amend or withdraw this offer at any time.

OVO Beyond OVO Home Plan (4 Months Free)

No claims can be made in the first 30 days. New customers only, and not available for existing CORGI HomePlan and OVO Energy boiler cover customers. To be eligible for this offer you must meet the boiler cover eligibility criteria set out during sign up. Offer expires 12/12/2024.

OVO Beyond New Boiler Install Discount

These terms and conditions (the “Terms”) apply to you if you have signed up to and been accepted to participate in the Offer. These Terms are separate to OVO’s Core Terms which cover the supply of energy to you and the CORGI Homeheat new boiler installation - Terms and Conditions terms which cover our new gas boiler products. Together these terms along with any other terms which may form part of your plan with us form your agreement with us.

The Promoter of this Offer is OVO (S) Gas Limited, incorporated in England and Wales under company number 02716495 and whose registered office is at OVO Energy, 1 Rivergate, Temple Quay, Bristol BS1 6ED (“OVO”, “we”).

1. About this offer

OVO Beyond customers will get a £500 discount off the total value of the cost of purchasing and installing a new gas boiler (the “Offer”). The discount will be applied to your new boiler installation quotation. This Offer may only be used once and is valid for 30 days from receiving your quotation. You must complete the new boiler installation process within 3 months of booking your installation. This Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers or promotions relating to a new gas boiler installation.

2. Eligibility

2.1 This Offer is only open to you if:

You are an OVO Beyond customer;
You book a new gas boiler installation and complete the installation process within 3 months of booking your installation; and
You meet the eligibility requirements as set out in the CORGI Homeheat new boiler installation - Terms and Conditions

2.2 If you do not meet the eligibility criteria in paragraph 2.1 above, you will not be eligible for the Offer but your energy supply contract will be unaffected. See our Core Terms for your rights to cancel your energy supply contract should you wish to do so. Please note that termination fees may apply.

2.3 If your quote expires and you have not yet purchased a new gas boiler package you will need to begin a new quote to activate the discount again.

2.4 The Offer may only be used for new gas boiler packages which are being installed at properties which are owned by the OVO account holder.

OVO Energy Experts Terms and Conditions

2000 Free Miles when you purchase an EV Charger and Add Charge Anytime Terms

These terms and conditions (the “Terms”) apply to you if you have signed up to and been accepted to participate in the Offer. These Terms are separate to OVO’s Core Terms which cover the supply of energy to you and the OVO EV Charger purchase and installation – Terms and Conditions terms which cover our EV charger and installation product. Together these terms along with any other terms which may form part of your plan with us form your agreement with us.

1. About this offer

As an OVO Beyond customer you can receive up to 2,000 free miles when you purchase an EV Charger from OVO and add on Charge Anytime (the “Offer”). A one-off bill credit of £35 will be applied to your OVO energy account within 30 days of your EV charger being installed. If you purchase an EV Charger and are unable or don’t want to add Charge Anytime you will not receive a bill credit.

Please note that Charge Anytime is not currently available for Hypervolt Home 3 chargers so if you purchase a Hypervolt charger you will not be eligible for this offer.

2. Your free miles

Free miles are calculated based on the current Charge Anytime charging rate of 7p per kWh or your current plan charging rate and an average sized EV with a consumption of 3 miles per kWh. Actual free miles obtained will depend on factors such as your current tariff, your driving style, the weather conditions, and your car’s efficiency. Up to 2,000 free miles from charger install.

Hypervolt Home 3 Pro Chargers

Charge Anytime is not currently available for Hypervolt Home 3 Pro chargers. If you have a Hypervolt Home 3 Pro you would only be able to get Charge Anytime if you have a compatible EV. We’re working on making our low rates available for everyone with a Hypervolt Home 3 Pro from early 2024

3. Eligibility

3.1 This Offer is only open to you if:

You are an OVO customer;
You are signed up to OVO Beyond; and
You have purchased an EV charger (excluding Hypervolt Home 3 Pro chargers) and installation directly from OVO. You will not be eligible for this Offer if your charger is installed by a third party;
You have added on Charge Anytime

4.6 We reserve the right to withdraw or amend the Offer at any time. We will provide you with reasonable notice prior to any detrimental change to the Offer.

4.7 In the event that for reasons beyond our reasonable control we are unable to award the credit, or we deem it appropriate to do so (in its reasonable discretion), we reserve the right to award an alternative of a similar nature and an equivalent value, or at our sole discretion, the cash value of the Offer.

4.8 These Terms are subject to English Law and you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England unless you’re a resident of Scotland, in which case you may also bring proceedings in Scotland

OVO Beyond Solar 5% Discount Offer Terms

These terms and conditions (the “Terms”) apply to you if you have signed up to and been accepted to participate in the Offer. These Terms are separate to OVO’s Core Terms which cover the supply of energy to you and the OVO solar purchase and installation – Terms and Conditions terms which cover our solar and battery products. Together these terms along with any other terms which may form part of your plan with us form your agreement with us and our affiliates.

The Promoter of this Offer is OVO Energy Limited, incorporated in England and Wales under company number 02716495 and whose registered office is at OVO Energy, 1 Rivergate, Temple Quay, Bristol BS1 6ED (“OVO”, “we”).

The solar hardware and installation services will be provided to you by our affiliate OVO (S) Gas Limited incorporated in England and Wales under company number 02716495 and whose registered office is at OVO Energy, 1 Rivergate, Temple Quay, Bristol BS1 6ED via their network of installers.

1. About this Offer

OVO Beyond customers will get a 5% discount off the total value of the cost of purchasing and installing solar panels and a battery (the “Offer”). The discount will be applied at the time of the quotation taking place, you must tell the surveyor you are an OVO Beyond customer. The discount includes any extras you may need (eg immersion controller). This Offer may only be used once and is valid for 30 days from receiving your quotation. You must complete the solar and battery installation process within 6 months of booking your installation. This Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers or promotions relating to a solar and battery installation.

2. Eligibility

2.1 This Offer is only open to you if:

You are an OVO Beyond customer;
You book a solar panel and battery installation and complete the solar and battery installation process within 6 months of booking your installation

If you stop being an OVO Energy customer or member of staff we have the right to remove your access to purchase tickets for the OVO Hydro, OVO Arena Wembley and The O2 via the OVO Live service.

OVO Beyond - 10% off public EV charging with a free Light Boost subscription for 6 months Offer Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions (the “Terms”) apply to you if you have signed up to and been accepted to participate in the Offer. These Terms are separate to OVO’s Core Terms which cover the supply of energy to you, the OVO Charge Anywhere Terms which apply to Charge Anywhere and OVO Charge App terms and conditions which apply to the OVO Charge mobile app (the App). Together these terms along with any other terms which may form part of your plan with us form your agreement with us.

1. About this Offer

Eligible OVO Beyond customers will receive a voucher code for £2 off the monthly cost of any Charge Anywhere subscription (excluding PAYG) for the first 6 months (the “Offer”). This means that a Light Boost subscription will be free of charge for the first 6 months and a Turbo Boost subscription would be £6 instead of £8 for 6 months. At the end of the 6 month period you will be automatically charged the full monthly price of your chosen subscription.

To redeem the Offer you will need to activate the Offer in the App and then enter your voucher code to receive your discount off your chosen subscription.

You may cancel your Charge Anywhere subscription at any time in accordance with the Charge Anywhere Terms. You won’t be able to benefit from this Offer again if you resubscribe after cancelling and if you cancel before the end of the 6 month offer period you won’t be eligible for any remaining discounted months if you cancel and then resubscribe. Subscription will be valid until the end of the current payment term.
